Gosia and I went for a 3 day trip to Nerja, Spain. Gosia's stepmother from Poland came over to look after the kids. So, the kids were in good hands and the could brush up their Polish ;-).We made a long list for her so that she would know which appointments the kids have in these days.

We left wednesday night and arrived thursday in Nerja at 09:30 
in the morning. We were lucky that we could immediately go to our hotelroom. It was a huge room with a kitchen and balcony with a view on the sea.
The hotel was mostly filled with old people from England. A few couples with little children but the grey haired people dominated the hotel and restaurant
After a short stroll through the hotel we saw that there was a trip organiz
ed by the hotel to the caves of Nerja at 10:30. So, we quickly asked if there was room for two more. There was place. So together with 17 pensioners we went to the caves. The caves were spectacular: here you can see some photos.
We had fabulous weather the whole time. In the afternoon we made a long walk in the center of Nerja. A beautiful small town. You have a beautiful view on the beach at the Balcony of Europe.
The second day we made a trip by bus to a small town called Frigiliana that is situated in the mountains. This village is well known for its white houses and has some nice small streets. Due to the high location Frigiliana has great views on Nerja and the sea.
